Khao Sok Park and the lake are amazing we spent two full days in the park and really enjoyed it. Beware that we were there in Feb, a very dry and Hot month so bring lots of water on hikes and the river will not be swimmable then as it is to low and you won't be able to tube down it in the dry season. The lake of Khao Sok Khao Sok Lake stretches over an area of 165 km 2 within the 739 km 2 park. The water is a beautiful emerald color, which further adds to the vibrant greens of the rainforest. The lake is vast, and is dotted with over one hundred limestone karsts which jut up from the still water, remnants of what were once mountain peaks.
